When someone wants to change their anger they first need to recognize what they do, and what they don’t like in someone else. Here are some examples:
- Dirty look
- Moving toward someone in a threatening way
- Getting loud or getting quiet
- Fidgety
- Have to pace
- Have to get away
- Tight jaw
- Clenched fist
- Get hot
- Get cold
- Pressure in neck
- Pressure in chest
- Pressure all over
- Unwanted thoughts
- Upset stomach
- Shakes
- Slamming doors
- Punch things
- Mouth can’t go as fast as the mind
