Introduction
All of us feel much more comfortable when we have the knowledge to handle a problem. This workshop will offer you a hands on opportunity to gain the knowledge and skills that can help individuals struggling with anger and violence.
Respect
To be successful, we must first create an environment that exudes respect. Our experience has shown over and over again that respect with any population is the foundation and the key to creating an environment where learning becomes safe, healthy and sustained.
Goals
The goal of this workshop is to stop domestic violence and change unhealthy anger to healthy anger. The following components are common sense, simple and used each week in my program. There are many other items such as ground rules, attendance requirements, payment, etc. that could be included, however, this workshop is going to focus on treatment items and education.
